HOW CLARK COUNTY’S 2024 ELECTION RESULTS BEHAVE EXACTLY LIKE A STACKED CASINO SHOE –

AND WHY THE STATE DESTROYED THE EVIDENCE THAT WOULD PROVE IT.

THE CORE TRUTH NEVADA UNDERSTANDS

If a deck is fair and the shuffle is honest,
the cards MUST fall like a deck that was honestly shuffled.

That is the Null Hypothesis —
the assumption every fair election must satisfy:

  • Nobody stacked the deck.
  • Nobody controlled the order.
  • The cards came out in natural human randomness.

Everything that follows flows from that rule.

♠️ 1. WHAT A FAIR SHUFFLE LOOKS LIKE

Picture 300 decks (precincts) combined into one giant shoe (the county).
If the shuffle is honest:

  • every big stretch of 500 cards should look like the overall mix
  • the percentages should hover around the county baseline
  • no smooth waves
  • no synchronized patterns
  • no directional drift

It’s the same math that keeps casinos profitable:

Large samples MUST converge to the true mix.
No exceptions.

Imagine dealing from that 300-deck shoe and seeing:

  • first 1,000 cards: mostly blue
  • next 1,000: blue rising
  • next 1,000: blue rising more

  • Democrat-leaning ballots show up early everywhere
  • Republican-leaning ballots show up late everywhere
  • across precincts that have nothing in common

To check whether the original order was honest:

  1. shuffle within each precinct (each deck)
  2. rebuild the shoe exactly the way it should have been

If the election were legitimate:

the shuffled results would match the real election.

Instead:

  • every shuffled version produces flat, honest lines
  • only the real election produces the impossible drifts
  • the pattern collapses the instant you remove coordination

Clark County shows:

  • perfect directional drift across 443,883 mail ballots
  • synchronized patterns across every precinct
  • timing-belt distortions no precinct can create
  • shuffles that always return to innocence
  • only the certified election deviates

This is not “unlikely.”
It is mathematically impossible without engineered interference.

DESTROYED THE DECK

After the lawsuit was filed, and during active litigation, Nevada:

  • destroyed ballot images
  • destroyed logs
  • destroyed the pre-update CVRs
  • destroyed device-level records
  • wiped systems clean
  • and admitted to overwriting the evidence in federal court

In casino terms:

The dealer who stacked the deck is the same dealer who threw the
deck away when surveillance asked for it.

That’s not “confidence.”

That is spoliation — the legal equivalent of evidence tampering.
